Search is partnering with a well-established financial planning business in Chester to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an administrative support role within the financial services industry (previous experience within an IFA Administration role would be advantageous).
As an IFA Administrator, you will provide vital support to ensure their clients and colleagues receive a high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities Include

Processing new business (pensions, investments, mortgages, and life products)

Managing client servicing requests such as switches, rebalances and withdrawals

Handling policy enquiries

General administration including post, typing and client correspondence

Reception and telephone duties as required
